as a Regular Holiday in observance of Eid'l Adha through Proclamation
No. 56.
The 4-day vacation starts on September 9 (Friday) declared as a Special Non-Working Holiday in the City of #Cebu and the Province of Cebu with its component cities through Republic Act 6953 in honor of the late President Sergio Osmeña Sr.
